Thanksgiving Aftermath

I had a nice Thanksgiving, spent in a spacious Ashdown guest room. I had time to decorate, shop, sleep in, and watch anime. The guest room is beautiful (well, coming from a person who hasn't had a room to call home this semester). It has a faux fireplace, and a bay window, and a nice little dining table.

1. One of my purchases, a little pink Christmas tree from Urban Outfitters. I convinced myself that I wouldn't buy a tree, and then BAM, it turns out they make pink ones. What else could I have done?

2. Here is a picture of my Thanksgiving dinner. On the menu: Martinelli Sparkling Apple Cider, Cornbread Stuffing, Tiny Ham, Tiny Roast Beef, Pepperidge Farm Trio Crackers, assorted cheese spreads. Dessert: Petits Fours.

3. The day after Thanksgiving, Phil and I went to see the tree lighting at Macy's. The tree was ginormous. I only wish they had decorated the tree with more than lights. Oh well, maybe it's dangerous for people walking underneath.

a note on the new layout: though most of the early video games appealed to males, I love that many of the early video games still had elements of cuteness and femininity. Though they had simple 8-bit graphics, they were visually appealing and had a charm lacking from many video games of today. Some of my other favorite early video games are Kirby and Ms. Pacman.
