To speed up the analysis we reindexed human and mouse Affymetrix Exon Array probes by their mapping to chromosomal locations. These files are available for human and mouse. Mappings between probes and ensembl genes, transcripts and exons are provided for human and mouse for Affy Exon Arrays.
