Financial Operations Departmental Financial Planning Display a Plan Contents Overview Select a Plan: Initial Screen Review the Overview Screen Review the Period Screen Overview The process for displaying a plan in SAP closely mirrors the process for creating or changing a plan. The main difference is that you cannot enter or change data in the display screens. Note The following example uses WBS elements, although menu paths and fastpaths for internal orders and cost centers are provided here. top Select a Plan: Initial Screen From the SAP User Menu screen, follow the navigation path or use the transaction code below to access the "Planning Cost Elements/Activity Inputs Display: Initial Screen." For WBS elements: Navigation Path: - User Menu - Role ZMIT - Planning/Budgeting - Display a Plan - WBS Elements Transaction Code: /ncjr3   Note The screen defaults to the last plan you entered. For Internal Orders: Navigation Path: - User Menu - Role ZMIT - Planning/Budgeting - Display a Plan - Internal Orders Transaction Code: /nkpf7 For Cost Centers: Navigation Path: - User Menu - Role ZMIT - Planning/Budgeting - Display a Plan - Cost Centers Transaction Code: /nkp07 At the Initial Screen, you must enter the parameters of the plan data you wish to display. This process is similar to creating/changing a plan. See Create a Plan. However, there are two slight differences between displaying and creating/changing a plan: 1. If you want to see all MIT Summary Statement cost elements with plan amounts on them, enter CEMIT-0 in the Cost Element Or Group field. 2. Always choose the Free radio button in the Entry area. Only cost elements with plan amounts on them will be displayed. top Review the Overview Screen When the parameters are set, click the Overview button . Result: The "Planning Cost Elements/Activity Inputs Display: Overview screen" appears. View data You may only view data on this screen. It is not possible to change data in any of the fields. The Planned Costs field displays the plan amount for the corresponding cost element displayed in the Cost Element field.   top Review the Period Screen If you want to see how the plan amount for a given cost element is distributed across periods of the fiscal year: 1. Select one of the cost elements by clicking the box at the far left end of the row. 2. Click the Period button on the Function Bar. Result: The "Planning Cost Element/Activity Inputs Display: Period screen" appears. Page to another cost element If you are displaying plan data on a range of cost elements or a cost element group, you can move to the next or previous cost element using the paging buttons on the Function Bar. Click the Next button to move to the next cost element. Click the Previous button to move to the previous cost element. 3. Click the Overview button to return to the Overview Screen. 4.
