Overview
A session is an open SAP window. You can open several
sessions and work on a system task in each session just as
you can work with multiple open windows in other software
applications. By opening multiple sessions in SAP, you can
work in Session 1, while referencing relevant information
in Session 2. You can have up to six sessions open at the
same time, but it is strongly recommended that you have no
more than two sessions open at a time to avoid an unnecessary
load on system resources.
