approved line items should be gone from
your inbox. If, by mistake, not all line
items were released, you can approve them
now. Deleted Line Items: Any deleted
line items should be gone from your
inbox. Withheld Requisitions: Any line items that you are
holding for changes should still appear in your inbox. If
you created an attachment memo, you will see the attachment
balloon icon in the Attachment column. (See Other
Approver Functions for instructions on how to create an
attachment.) Putting a Requisition Back into
Workflow: Once you have opened a line
item in your inbox, it is yours to work on
and cannot be accessed by any other
approvers. If fact, it disappears from all
other approvers' inboxes. If you open any requisition line items that need to be reviewed
by another approver, you can put
them back into workflow.
