a Hard Copy of Your Inbox 1. Go to your Workflow Inbox: Navigation

Inbox is printed out at your default printer. SAP displays
a confirming message in the status bar. 6. Click the Back button Withholding
Requisition Line Items Pending Changes If you need to make changes to requisition line items, you
may need to contact the creator of the requisition. As a reminder on why the requisition is being withheld, you
may wish to create a memo to yourself in the form of an attachment
to the requisition, using the procedure below.
Note SAPweb
users cannot make changes via SAPweb. The only
way to edit a requisition is via the SAPgui. The
only people who should change a requisition are
its approvers and the Procurement Department.
Creating
an Attachment to a Requisition Line Item 1. Go to your Workflow Inbox: Navigation
Path: - User Menu Workplace
Button: 2. Click the Workflow button. 3. Click the line item for which you wish to create an attachment. 4. Click the Manage Attachments button 5. Type a title for the document in the Title field, for
example, "Change required." 6. Click the Enter button 7. Enter text describing the changes required. 8. Click the Save button Result: The requisition line item will show an icon
in the Attachments column indicating an attachment exists.
To view the attachment, click the Display button Putting
Requisition Line Items Back into Workflow Once you have opened a line item in your inbox, it is yours
to work on and cannot be accessed by any other approvers.
In fact, it disappears from all other approvers' inboxes. Items in process and not available in workflow have a shaded cube Result: The line items now appear in the inboxes of
all other approvers in your spending group who have the same
approval level as you. View
the Change History of a Requisition Line Item Follow the menu path: Goto>>Statistics>>Changes. The Changes screen appears with a listing of any changes
that have been made. If the line item has been approved, the
creator's name in the Person resp. field is replaced
with the approver's name.

If you open a line item that needs to be reviewed by another
approver, you can put it back into workflow by clicking on
the line item and then clicking the Replace button
in the Workflow Toolbar.
From you Workflow Inbox, double click the Execute
symbol
next to the line item to display the Item Detail screen.
