of people who may be supervisors of SAP users to let them
know that these employees will need to attend delta demonstrations
and possibly training sessions. The lists included Faculty
Council, Administrative Council, principal investigators,
and the aac-aoquery list. |

Chuck Shaw notified SAP users that MIT's
Administrative Systems and Policies Coordinating Council
approved the timing of the upgrade for the final weekend
in January 2001. His message also reiterated information
about the delta demonstrations, training exercises, documentation,
and the times during the upgrade when the entire SAP system
will be unavailable. |
