What can I do on the Reporting tab?
Master Data:
Find master data on a cost object
or G/L account using the Data Warehouse web functions:
- Cost Collector Lookup
- G/L Account Lookup
Student Groups:
Student groups can use the
following reports to review activity on their Student Activities
Finance Office (SAFO) managed cost objects:
- Cumulative Account Balance:
Find available balances for your main/operating, reserve, or endowed
cost objects.
- Funding Account Balance:
Check budgets, expenses, and commitments for UA Finboard and GSC-funded
cost objects.
- Commitments: See the open
commitments on all your cost objects.
- Transaction Report: View
all the transactions made against your cost objects sorted by
date or by expense type.
All information is to be considered confidential
and used by authorized group members with discretion. Student
groups can obtain authorizations on the SAFO
account page or by email to SAFO.
Training:
Instructors
can generate a list of class attendees
Note:
You will need web certificates
and the appropriate authorizations before you can use these reports.
SAPweb transactions terminate connection with the SAP system after
20 minutes of inactivity. Please do not leave a transaction idle
for more than 20 minutes or its connection with the SAP system
will be lost.
