Search for a Journal Voucher

How the Search Process Works

Enter your search criteria on the "Search for a Journal Voucher" page. A list of journal vouchers will be displayed on the "Search Results" page.
Click the link to the document number on the "Search Results" page to select a journal voucher. The "Display a Journal Voucher" page will appear.

Search for a Journal Voucher

1. Select Parked JVs and/or Posted JVs if you are displaying a JV, or select Clone a JV or Reverse a JV if you are cloning or reversing a JV.

Note: You can only clone or reverse a posted JV.

2. Enter as many fields as you can for a faster, more precise search. You can enter single values or ranges of values.

Note: If you enter only the document number, you will be brought directly to the "Display a Journal Voucher" page, bypassing the "Search Results" page.

Company Code:	Defaults to CUR; select appropriate company code
Document No.:	SAP document number of the journal voucher
Posting Date:	Date (mm/dd/yy) the journal voucher was posted
Doc. Type:	Type of journal voucher created: SA - journal vouchers created during fiscal periods 1-12 FY - closing journal vouchers created during fiscal periods 13-16
Fiscal Year:	Fiscal year (yyyy) the journal voucher was created
Entered by:	Userid of the person who created the journal voucher. Your userid is the default.

3. Click the Search button.
