eligible faculty and staff can update their employee information
for the MIT online and printed telephone directories; identify
their emergency contact, ethnic origin, and veteran status; and
enter their educational information online.
Benefits: All newly eligible
faculty and staff can enroll in their MIT employee benefits. All
eligible faculty and staff can update their benefits during Open
Enrollment, or review them at any time.
Eligible staff can review the qualifications for
tuition assistance, request tuition reimbursement from HR, and
track their reimbursement check.
Training: All
eligible staff and students can find descriptions of MIT-offered
training opportunities. They can enroll in classes, manage their
registration online, and review their completed training history.
Money Matters: All
faculty, staff and students can use the Money Matters tab to access
money-related information and resources online.
Campus Life: MIT
community members can use the Campus Life tab to access community
activities, information, and resources online.
Time: All support staff, service staff and hourly-paid students can enter time sheets online, review time information and request corrections to previously submitted and approved time sheets.
