Please Note:
On Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 7am to 1pm, EHSWEB applications (Training Reports/ Training Needs Assessment/ Training Admin page/ DLC Assessment report), and Parking/TPass applications and the MIT Events Calendar will NOT be available due to database maintenance.

Personal Information: 

All eligible faculty and staff can update their employee information for the MIT online and printed telephone directories; identify their emergency contact, ethnicity and race, and veteran status; and enter their educational information online.

Benefits: 

All newly eligible faculty and staff can enroll in their MIT employee benefits. All eligible faculty and staff can update their benefits during Open Enrollment, or review them at any time.

Eligible staff can review the qualifications for tuition assistance, request tuition reimbursement from HR, and track their reimbursement check.

Training: 

All eligible staff and students can find descriptions of MIT-offered training opportunities. They can enroll in classes, manage their registration online, and review their completed training history.

Money Matters: 

All faculty, staff and students can use the Money Matters tab to access money-related information and resources online.

Campus Life: 

MIT community members can use the Campus Life tab to access community activities, information, and resources online.

Time: 

All support staff, service staff and hourly-paid students can enter time sheets online, review time information and request corrections to previously submitted and approved time sheets.

Please Note:

SAPweb Self Service transactions terminate connection with the SAP system after 10 minutes of inactivity. Please do not leave a transaction idle for more than 10 minutes or its connection with the SAP system will be lost.
