What can I do on the Time page?
The Time page is designed to offer Support Staff, Service Staff, and Hourly-Paid Students the convenience of accessing and entering time sheets online, reviewing time sheet information and requesting corrections to previously submitted and approved time sheets.
Note: Non-exempt employees can enter and monitor their vacation time through the time sheet application.
Use this link to enter time sheet data online and submit it electronically to your Approver.
View Time Sheets:
Use this link to view time sheets online. This link enables you to research questions and look up information on past, present, and future time sheets that have been entered into the SAP Payroll system as of July 1, 2006.
Request Time Sheet Correction:
Use this link to initiate and document corrections to past time sheets after they have been approved. When an employee completes the on-line form, it is forwarded to their Approver who submits the correction on behalf of the employee or hourly-paid student.
SRS Vacation Tracker:
This application is used to report Vacation for Sponsored Research Staff (SRS).
The Time Sheets application is generally unavailable from Monday at 5:00 PM to Tuesday at 3:00 PM for payroll processing. The View Time Sheets and Request Time Sheet Correction links are still available. Please refer to the Monthly Payroll Closing page for any changes to this schedule.
