•Planning and running our events (coffeehouses, free skates, off-campus events, Spring Weekend, CPW, and Orientation).

•Ability to participate in several weekly Friday night events throughout the semester.

•Ability to attend weekly Sunday morning meetings at 10:00 am.

•Desire to help promote sense of community at MIT.

Member Expectations:

▪Sunday meetings are MANDATORY for all members. This is our one time to touch base everywhere and go over logistics for upcoming events. Though meeting times may change, 10 AM Sundays is usually the only time that is available to all members. Missed meetings are noted, and multiple absences will probably lead to a meeting with our advisor to discuss any issues that may be causing poor performance.

▪There are several big events that require "all hands on deck" You are required to be at these events because we need everyone to effectively execute an event. These events include Orientation Events, Spooky Skate, etc.

▪Members are also expected to Spear Head an event or two each term. This means that you will find something that you want to do and volunteer yourself for it. New members should be back-up/second in command, before they are Spear Head.
