Kicheri (rice and legumes in ghee), with assorted fruits and nuts; a form of flat bread; Tahri (a sweet pudding made with ground rice, ghee, milk, sugar, cloves and dates); Panaka, and Indian spice drink for a beverage.
Tartes of Quelquechose (custard of eggs, pork, flower blossoms, currants, spinach and sweet spices).
Roast chicken with lemon and garlic; Minestra of Greens, or Herb Soup (beef broth with various greens and fresh herbs); Tredura, or Hashed Leeks with Bacon and crumbs with egg; Everyday Torta; Water with Lemon Syrup for a beverage.
Salma Tart (Variation on Salma in that instead of the pasta coins to serve the lamb and yogurt on, it will be a mini tart shell).
Roast Pork; Apples and Bacon; Barley Flatbread; Grain Porridge with Apples or Pears and Honey; and Glazed Veggies; Milk for a beverage.
