About the Ed Schein Website Dear Visitors: I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Ed Schein since 1997. I have been inspired over these few years to help create situations where consultants like myself could benefit from learning and going deeper into the wealth of teachings that Ed has given the OD, learning, and management fields over the course of his career.
