Introduction
In tribute to the leadership, courage, and vision
of Congressman Morris Udall, the Morris K. Udall Foundation
each year awards 80 undergraduate scholarships of up
to $5,000 in fields related to the environment, and
to Native American and Alaska Natives in fields related
to health care or tribal policy. Because environmental
issues can be approached in a multidisciplinary way,
the scholarship is offered to students from a broad
range of disciplines; thus, many students at MIT are
potentially strong candidates for this award. Applications
must be made through MIT and MIT can nominate up to
6 students.
You should review this site and the official Udall
Foundation web site, and then consult the MIT
contact, Kimberly Benard, for more information.
