Simons Center Inaugural Event April 11, 2012
On April 11, The Simons Center for the Social Brain welcomed Jim and Marilyn Simons for an afternoon of investigator talks and hands-on laboratory meetings with Postdoctoral Fellows and graduate students. MIT President Susan Hockfield, Dean of Science Marc Kastner, Dean of Engineering Ian Waitz, and Simons Center for the Social Brain Director Mriganka Sur introduced the new Center to assembled members of the MIT community, and Simons Center Investigators Alan Jasanoff and Feng Zhang spoke of their ongoing Simons-sponsored research.
