
Whenever you need to take care of business with Student Financial Services (SFS) in person, visit the Student Services Center (SSC) in Room 11-120. The SSC has several representatives at a central service desk who can help you:
SSC representatives can direct you to your student account, financial aid or loan counselor for a private discussion of your situation. You may also contact your counselor directly.

All Student Financial Services offices, including the SSC, are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can find information about your academic and financial records any time on WebSIS, MIT’s secure online student information system. 1. Undergrads – The majority of the undergraduate financial aid applications received by April 22 have been reviewed and award letters have been sent. SFS Financial Aid is working hard to award all completed files as soon as possible. You may check the status of your financial aid award on WebSIS. Questions?
