
Whenever you need to take care of business with Student Financial Services (SFS) in person, visit the Student Services Center (SSC) in Room 11-120. The SSC has several representatives at a central service desk who can help you:
SSC representatives can direct you to your student account, financial aid or loan counselor for a private discussion of your situation. You may also contact your counselor directly.

All Student Financial Services offices, including the SSC, are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can find information about your academic and financial records any time on WebSIS, MIT’s secure online student information system.
