Clark Merrill has been a Dale Carnegie Trainer since 1990. He is currently certified to deliver 11 Dale Carnegie programs, including The Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Leadership and Communication, Leadership Training for Managers, High Impact Presentations, World Class Customer Service and The Sales Advantage. Clark is a Master Trainer in the High Impact Presentations Course, Leadership Training For Managers, Dale Carnegie Seminars and the Dale Carnegie Course. As a Master Trainer, Clark works with new trainers from around the world, developing their skills so that they can deliver these programs in their home territories. Clark's corporate clients include Concord Communications, Boston Scientific, SigArms, Stop and Shop and Partners Healthcare. Prior to his role as a trainer and Master trainer for Dale Carnegie Clark held senior management positions in sales and the food service industry with responsibilities that included franchise development, training and operations for retail and restaurant chains in New England and Florida. His travels included consulting for an investment companies seeking to build restaurants in the former Soviet Union. Clark's current role places him in a consulting and executive coaching role with senior management in companies and organizations. These organizations are seeking to tap their team's human potential to become more competitive in today's market place that requires us to do more, faster, better with less. David Thomas As a Senior Client Partner and Regional Director with FranklinCovey for over 12 years, David Thomas has partnered successfully with a wide variety of leading edge Fortune 1000 companies in their efforts to increase organizational effectiveness and human capital performance. His work includes assessment, design and strategic implementation of business solutions in such areas as leadership development, strategic execution, productivity, communications, and sales performance. David's list of clients includes Panasonic USA, Novartis, Pfizer, KPMG, Fidelity, EMC, Marriott International, Boston Properties, Oxford Health Plans, and the Boston Celtics. Tim is a leadership development practitioner, seasoned communicator and consultant, and a business leader with over twenty years of experience. A cardiologist and former pharmaceutical executive, he collaborates with clients to design and deliver global, executive leadership and team-based development services and executive coaching.
