Mr. Stephen S. Lam, Secretary for Constitutional Affairs of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region Government, would like to meet with students who are from
Hong Kong or have strong interests in Hong Kong. From 1999-2002, Mr. Lam
was the Information Coordinator for Mr. Tung Chee-wah, the Chief Executive of
