About Mr. Robert A. Wong
 
Robert (Bob) Wong is Director, Worldwide Channel and SMB Sales, Lotus Software,IBM Software Group. Mr. Wong is responsible for worldwide channel and SMB sales of Lotus Software products and offerings through the channel and into the SMB marketplace. Bob provides leadership and support to the geography Lotus channel and SMB sales teams to drive net new licenses, embrace H2 offerings and strengthening of the pipeline.
 
In his prior job as Director of Coverage Transformation and Marketing Strategy, Americas Business Partners. Bob was responsible for the deployment of the IBM coverage transformation initiatives to leverage and enable our Business Partners to drive incremental IBM revenue growth. The role encompasses the development, enablement and sales support of Territory, Sector and Integrated Partner Managers within our field sales organizations. He was also responsible for the development and execution of the Americas Business Partner Channel Strategy.
 
He joined IBM as a customer engineer in 1977.  Has held various technical, marketing, brand management, strategy and sales positions including Director IBM e-business and Influencer Sales; Director One ˙IBM˙ Project Office and Marketing Operations;  Global Director of Channel Strategy Software Group; Global Brand Manager OS/2; and Program Director Marketing, Software Group North America.
 
Mr. Wong is a graduate of Baruch College with a degree in Business Administration and MBA from St. John˙s University.
