Asia IAP Trek 2006 (January)

Purpose: Organize a trip to China, visit companies and engage in alumni events

1	Selecting Trek Leaders	After preliminary meetings, the ABC officers will select the candidates based on their interests in pursuing career opportunities in Asia, as well as their leadership and project management skills.	Completed
2	Finalize Itinerary	ABC officers will discuss the trip itineraries with the trek leaders. Main topic of discussion will include deliverables, company visit lists, timeline and trip member selection process.	Completed
3	Company Coordination	Trip leaders will work directly with selected companies to coordinate site visits, dinner events and recruiting related matters.	Completed
4	Finalize Logistics	Trip leaders will finalize logistics issues such as budgeting, visas, plane tickets, hotels and transportation.	Completed

China Spring Trip 2006 (March)
