Mentor & Pilot Program
The mentor program pairs each interested student with a second-year to provide guidance throughout the recruiting process.
The Finance Club pilot program is similar to the pilot groups set up for the core. Groups of of 6-10 new finance club members will be assigned a second-year student as a pilot. The pilot groups will work together to prepare for the information sessions the financial services firms conduct on campus in the fall, as well as educate group members regarding different careers in finance.
