Reserving Space

Space on campus can be hard to find, make sure you reserve space early. When planning your event think about what space is appropriate. Do you need a video screen, a buffet table, or lots of room for the DJ equipment?

When reserving the space, it is a good idea to reserve the room for longer than your event, to allow ample set-up and clean-up time. The following offices on campus reserve space:

• Classroom space: Schedules Office
• Athletic space: see Sandy Lett (617) 253-4916
• Campus venues: Campus Activities
• Residence Hall spaces
• Other venues: check with academic department that oversees space
