MIT is fortunate to have
over 330 student groups and organizations that focus on
a variety of interests. Joining a group at MIT is a great
way to explore ---, expand --- and meet others who share
your interests. Information about these groups can be
found on the ASA
webpage.
Among other privileges, ASA recognized
groups are entitled to use the MIT name, request office
space, reserve campus space and apply for funds from various
sources. The ASA webpage is also a great resource for
current group members to find out more about the privileges
and benefits enjoyed by an ASA recognized organization.
Group officers may also update their group’s contact
and signatory information.
If the group you are interested in does
not exist at MIT, ASA also recognizes new groups. The
process for forming a new group is also outlined on the
website. |
