Residential Computer Consultant Program

Residential Computer Consultants (RCCs) assist students with computing difficulties in the various dormitories at MIT. While attempts are made to assign RCCs to particular dorms, any RCC may cover any dorm at any time. Therefore, they prefer that all RCC requests, questions, comments or concerns should go through the web interface. You can reach it at http://rcc.mit.edu/

You may want to look at the web pages first and see if your question is answered there. The pages are located at: http://web.mit.edu/rescomp/www/

You can reach MIT's Residential Computing Supervisors by sending email to rccsuper@mit.edu

You must have an Athena account to request a connection to the network in your dorm. Therefore, you may use an Athena workstation to submit your request.

If you do not have access to a web browser, you can call us at x8-9444 to leave a message. (If you use x8-9444, it could take a while for them to get back to you.)
