Resources for Current Brothers
In addition to becoming involved in your
fraternity, there are numerous ways you can get involved in
the larger fraternity community. By taking part in one of the
event programming committees, becoming active as a member of
the Delegates Council, or taking a leadership role on the IFC
Executive Committee, your particpation is an integral part of
the success of the fraternity community as a whole. For information

Council or the FSILG Office.
Greek Week Planning Committee
Help plan Greek Week.
Greek Leadership Convention
Help plan the annual Greek Leadership Convention.
Greek Letter
Be an editor, writer, or publisher and help produce our community's
newsletter.
Delegates Council
Become involved with the inner-workings of the IFC Executive
Committee by working to recognize current trends and happenings
within the fraternity community and develop new initiatives
to enhance the fraternity experience.
IFC Executive Committee
Governing leadership body of the fraternity community. Work
to promote the fraternity community within the MIT community,
address concerns of the fraternities, and sponsor/develop initiatives
and events that lead the fraternity community on the MIT campus.
Risk Management Consultant
Help the fraternity community assess and manage risks associated
with having parties, new memer education, and life-safety within
our houses.
Judicial Committee Member
Take an active role in the self-governance of the IFC community
by becoming a re view board member. Review Boards hear judicial
cases and make recommendations for how to deal with the fraternity.
Recruitment Committee
Help plan Formal Fall Recruitment, Campus Preview Weekend events,
and the Spring recruitment effort.
