Graduate Leadership Roundtable Series

The Presidents’ Round Table provides a monthly forum for the Presidents and/or key officers of all on-campus graduate residences to meet and discuss issues of importance in their residences. This forum encourages the leaders to network, share programming ideas, collaborate on co-sponsorship, discuss residential issues, and explore issues such as conflict resolution, management, leadership styles, and transitions.

The program provides a direct connection point for the Presidents to share ideas with each other and foster positive working relationships between the various graduate residential leaders, as well as providing for newly elected presidents to learn effective leadership styles and skills. The year round monthly trainings will also serve as a model of leadership that can be replicated in each of the graduate governments respectively by the graduate presidents themselves, therefore enhancing the potential of effective leadership and community building.

If you’d like more information about the Graduate Leadership Roundtable Series, please contact Andrew Ryder, Assistant Dean for Residential Life Programs, at aryder@mit.edu.
