Community Service

Community service at MIT is as inventive, varied, and interesting as MIT students themselves, and the possibilities begin right on campus and extend around the world. The MIT Public Service Center is a great place to start looking for ways to help communities and to learn by gaining hands-on experience by working with PSC programs, grants, fellowships, and other initiatives.

Community Service

Want to work on a team? Join the MIT IDEAS Competition. No time for extra activities? Take a service learning class or do in-depth research through a Service UROP. Can’t afford to volunteer? Join a program with work-study support, or apply for a Public Service Fellowship.

Don't miss out on the opportunities. Where else can you weld for community service? Visit the PSC website at web.mit.edu/mitpsc
