Student Government

Student governments are an opportunity for you to serve your fellow students by actively addressing issues on campus that affect the campus community. Student governments work directly with faculty and administrators to address issues of academic policy, race relations, campus dining, medical and mental health services, financial resources, administrative policies, orientation schedules, and much more.

Student Government Meeting

There are several ways to get involved in Student Government on campus – through your living group or residence hall, through your undergraduate Class Council, through your student organization, or simply joining a committee or nominating yourself for one. If you are a graduate student, there are opportunities to get involved through your department.
