• The SAFO mailing list includes all registered student group treasurers and is updated at the beginning of each semester or upon request. To remove/add yourself contact funds@mit.edu.
• Other officers interested in receiving these emails may add themselves to treasurers@mit.edu. The list is moderated by the Student Activities Finance Office and is not for public use.
• Financial signatories for a group may request access to view your account information online. Treasurers are responsible for monitoring group account balances and transactions monthly.
• Authorization is valid for one academic year and expires on June 30th of that year. Financial signatories who continue beyond this expiration date are responsible for renewing their Roles authorization.
