Teaching & Supervision

Approximately 50 professors from MIT and another 56 from NUS, NTU and the National Research Institutes (NRIs) jointly conduct and co-supervise courses and research activities at SMA. On top of the usual face-to-face classroom setting, students also attend lectures conducted through Internet2, a state-of-the-art interactive distance learning technology, delivered by lecturers at MIT in real time. In addition, MIT Fellows make annual visits to Singapore which may last up to a semester at a time.
