More specifically, I will cover different techniques used to investigate biomolecules confined in nanofluidic structures for genomics and proteomics. At the end of my talk, I will present my own research on nanofluidic sieving structures for rapid biomolecule separation. In particular, I will introduce a two-dimensional sieving structure that can perform continuous-flow separation of DNA (50 bp - 23 kbp) and proteins (11 kDa - 200 kDa) within minutes. <p><p> <center> <small>Questions?
