HOTEL INFORMATION

   The meeting will be held at a sea side resort, Majesty Club Palm Beach (which is a 5 star holiday village), in Side-Antalya. For this meeting, Great Jolly Tour Tourism travel agency has reserved enough rooms with all the utilities included.

CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS :

   Although Great Jolly Tour Tourism Inc. has reserved a sufficient number of rooms in the Majesty Club Palm Beach, which is a five star resort, in Side-Antalya, it is the high season and we strongly suggest making your reservations by June 15, 2000. Reservations will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis. To guarantee your room reservation, the indicated deposit must accompany the reservation form. The deposit is nonrefoundable after June15, 2000 but will be deducted from the final payment. The hotel costs represent the rates specifically for this meeting. All prices are based on the understanding of that you will be staying for the whole period of the meeting. To avoid any difficulties, you must make full payment to the hotel on arrival. Reservations after June15 will depend on the availability of the rooms. For this purpose, please contact the Great Jolly Tour Tourism Inc. directly. Any other questions are not included here should also be submitted directly to the Great Jolly Tour Tourism Inc.

CANCELATION OF HOTEL RESERVATIONS :

1. The deposit which must accompany your reservation request is refundable before June 15, 2000 if any cancellations are made by this date.
2. No refund will be made for cancellations received after the deadline (June 15, 2000)
3. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
4. Request for changes or cancellations of hotel reservations must be submitted by e-mail or fax directly to Great Jolly Tour Tourism Inc.

Terms of Payment :

    Hotel payments should be made either by a certified check (bank draft) issued to the order of Great Jolly Tur Turizm A.S. (please note that the name should appear in this Turkish variant on the check), or by bank transfer to the following account number :
