This message was sent to the people we believe that will be attending the workshop.  

  1. If you are not attending please let us know.
  2. If you have NOT registered - Please do this.
  3. If you will be participating in ANY of the meals, and have not responded to Kate Anderson’s  [ kateand (at) mit (dot) edu ] e-mail about which the meals, please do so as soon as possible.  It would help us get our reservations current
  4. We strongly suggest that you do NOT rent a car.   Traffic and parking make this impractical.  The conference hotel can be reached by subway from the airport (fare $2). The Kendall Square station is located directly at the hotel.    By taxi the approximate fare is $25. All sessions will be on the MIT Campus within a 5 to 10 minute walk of the hotel.   Please see: http://web.mit.edu/visit/get-around.html
  5. The first event will be a reception on Sunday evening 6PM to 8 PM at the Cambridge Marriot Hotel.  (See: http://marriott.com/hotels/travel/boscb-boston-marriott-cambridge)

  8. For those of you who have requested a chance to speak.  Most of the talks will be limited to 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.   Please limit your presentations to 10 Power Point slides.  There will be a lot of time for discussion.
