Here are some suggestions on where you can find and practice your favorite sporting activity.
DAPER

The Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (DAPER) has several athletics facilities around campus. The main facility is the Al & Barrie Zesiger Center, often referred to as the Z-center, located on Vassar St by Mass Ave. Membership includes use of all facilities.
DAPER offers many fitness classes, including swimming, yoga, and half-marathon training. Please review their website for detailed class listings. You can also join one of the Club Sports where you can learn or compete in various sports such as figure skating, soccer and martial arts. Students have priority in Physical Education courses, but non-students can apply to join if there is availability. Past offerings have included golf, archery and self-defense for women.
