is a career civil servant and a Senior Assistant Chief of the Planning Commission in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). At MIT, he plans to focus on Intelligent Transport Systems, Transportation Planning and Urban Information Systems, including GIS. He is also interested in e-Governance and Information Communication Technology (ICT).
