is a senior official in the Ministry of Knowledge and Economy, Korea. He has worked in information technology and economy for the Korean government since 2002. At MIT he plans to study technology policy. He believes that understanding the technology trends and preparing government policies will be one of the most important tasks in the 21st century.

is the former manager of the City Development Strategy Project of
Greater Cotonou and former Technical Advisor for the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Urban Development. He has ten years of experience in both the private and public sector. He is interested in successful methodologies of planning and fi nancing. He received his Master’s Degree in Country and Town Development from Paris VIII-Saint-Denis- University.
