is an Urban Planner for the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement and is responsible for carrying out all analysis, preparation and implementation stages of development plans for coastal regions and disaster prone urban areas. He has a Bachelor's degree in City Planning and a Master's degree in Urban Politics from the Middle East Technical University. He intends to study the integrated and comprehensive urban planning approach, focusing on disaster risk mitigation, reconstruction and resettlement.

is the former manager of the City Development Strategy Project of
Greater Cotonou and former Technical Advisor for the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Urban Development. He has ten years of experience in both the private and public sector. He is interested in successful methodologies of planning and fi nancing. He received his Master’s Degree in Country and Town Development from Paris VIII-Saint-Denis- University.
