is a forester and works as the Department of Action Coordinator for the Service of Action, Reflection and Social Education in Manaus, Brazil. He has a Master's degree in Ecology from the National Institute of Research, Amazonas. He has worked in NGOs with social and environmental activists, rural and river communities of the Amazon basin, and agro-ecologists at the Indigenous University. He has also worked at slum cities in Manaus. He is interested in sanitation, water capture and community environmental planning.

is the former manager of the City Development Strategy Project of
Greater Cotonou and former Technical Advisor for the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Urban Development. He has ten years of experience in both the private and public sector. He is interested in successful methodologies of planning and fi nancing. He received his Master’s Degree in Country and Town Development from Paris VIII-Saint-Denis- University.
