Mozambique | Humphrey Fellow
is a Public Works Advisor for the Provincial Directorate of Public Works and Housing, Nampula. He has a degree in Civil Engineering at Eduardo Mondiane University in Maputo. He had worked for 5 years with the Decentralized Program of the UNDP. He had developed several public infrastructure projects and is designing a technology center with alternative material and construction techniques. At MIT he plans to deepen his knowledge of materials engineering and construction technologies, as well as urban & regional planning and transportation.
