is a Leader of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Team for the National Rural Road Office in Conakry. He has been working for several years in rural integrated projects financed by the World Bank and other donors. He graduated from ISCA-Havana University, Cuba as an Agro-economist. At MIT he is interested in planning and institutional process, infrastructure and transportation evaluation, service delivery, and dust suppressant technologies for rural road projects.
