is an urban and regional planner. As a public civil servant of the Ministry of Planning and Housing, he is currently the Head of the Office of Urban Planning and Housing and the Assistant Head of the Street Addressing Bureau of Niger, Niamey. He earned a graduate degree in Urban Planning from the School of Architecture and Planning of Lomé in Togo and has a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University, Oregon. He has lived in Benin, Niger, Togo, France and USA.
