is a Civil Engineer with 12 years experience in engineering design and project management. He has worked in both the public and private sectors in the United States and in South East Asia. He has a bachelor degree in civil engineering from Calicut University, Kerala, India and a master’s degree in engineering project management from Northwestern University, Illinois. He is currently a PhD candidate at Brown University. He is interested in the social and environmental impact associated with infrastructure development in developing countries.
