Kai is a Chinese Fulbright scholar and a current doctoral candidate at Southeast University. His research focuses on industrial zone development, including infrastructure planning and industry layout guidance. He holds a masterís degree in Urban Planning and a bachelorís degree in Economics from Southeast University in Nanjing City. At MIT, he will study digital space analysis methods and city innovation development systems in the United States, with the aim of updating his academic research skills and analysis methods.
