Course 8: GARP Project Team Meeting Notes

Agenda:

The meeting goal was to discuss the business process by which Course 8 decides and processes student funding in the form of FE, RA and TA.

General Overview:

• Course 8 processes 32 TA’s per semester. They will benefit greatly from the FAST data entry form.
• They spend a LOT of time reconciling the data entered on MITSIS versus the data that PAYROLL enters in their system.
• Would like to have…the ability of uploading data directly from a spreadsheet.
• WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO HAVE AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM WITH PAYROLL.
