Rick Cinquegrana
RICK CINQUEGRANA is Program Area Director at the National Academy
of Public Administration in Washington, DC. He left the CIA and the US Government
after 35 years, during which time he served as Deputy Staff Director and
Chief Investigative Counsel for the Senate and House Intelligence Committees’ Joint
Inquiry into September 11th, Deputy Inspector General for Investigations
at the CIA, Deputy Counsel to the Attorney General for Intelligence Policy,
and a variety of other senior positions in the CIA, the Justice Department,
and
Congress. He is also an adjunct faculty member of the Law School at Catholic
University, and has lectured and taught at a number of other universities
and organizations.
