Kappa Sigma is now offering summer housing to college students spending the summer in the Boston area. Located on the Cambridge side of the Charles river right across from Boston's Back Bay, Kappa Sigma is less than ten minutes away from the Kendall Square T stop, meaning quick and convenient access to all of Boston. In addition, our location on MIT's campus provides safety and a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, food court, and the MIT Student Center . Our prices are some of the lowest in the area, including other MIT fraternities.

Kappa Sigma is right on the river, and offers spectaular views of the Boston Skyline. As a fraternity offering housing to only college students, you can expect a social environment, and free access to many amenities, including laundry, access to our roofdeck, weekly social events, high-speed internet, a full service kitchen with dishwasher, refridgerator, freezer, stove, oven, and deep fryer, our bar, foosball and billiard tables, the BBQ pit, and our large living room and dining room.
