  • STeLA-Japan will recruit new staffs.
    (Delegate calling of STeLA Leadership Forum 2012 is planned on April 2012.)


  • STeLA staff work


  • There are a variety of activities you can contribute to: developing contents (activities and workshops for leadership education, thematic session, and group project), fund-raising, liaising with sponsors and supporters, web site development, etc. This year we are especially seeking those who have experience in and knowledge of public relations and fund-raising. Of course, you are still encouraged to apply even if you do not have these specific experiences.

    The staff meeting among branches is held using online conference system, and the official language during the meeting is English.
    So you don't need to be afraid of our activity even though you are not confident in speaking Japanese!

    Our selection process consists of documentary elimination and interview.
    The deadline of application is 23:59, Sun Oct 30th.

    We will hold info session on Mon Oct 17th in Tokyo Tech and Thu Oct 20th in Univ. of Tokyo.

  • Recruiting eligibility and criteria


  • Number Depend on the situation.
    Eligibility Graduate/undergraduate/international students who belong to universities in Japan as of September 2012.
    Grade, nationality, and major (even majors such as business or literature) do not matter. We are happy to answer any questions regarding eligibility.

  • 1. What is your motivation toward working as a STeLA staff member? (Japanese under 400 characters or English under 200 words)

    2. Choose ONE topic from the following two and explain your opinion (Japanese under 600 characters or English under 300 words)
  • 2-1. Assume that you are a staff member of STeLA finance team and you will take part on fund-raising. Specify one actual IT company, and please describe how corresponding the company’s philosophy and STeLA’s policy are.
  • 2-2. What can/should STeLA do to spread the vision of STeLA, the global leadership in science and technology?
  • Please make a proposal including an action plan and how you can contribute.
