Kate recently joined the Office of Engineering Outreach Programs as Program Manager for Middle School Outreach Programs. In this role Kate will manage both the MIT Science of Baseball Program (MSBP) and the Science Technology Engineering and Math Program (STEM). Prior to joining the OEOP office Kate worked in the biomedical engineering field as a Design Engineer and Program Manager. During this time she continued her commitment to increasing diversity in the technical fields though coordination of various outreach programs with organizations such as the Society of Women Engineers.
