Volunteer

To volunteer as a STEM Mentor, you must currently attend MIT or be a recent graduate. We are seeking responsible, caring, fun, unique individuals who want to share their interests in science, technology, engineering, and math with local middle school students. STEM Mentors commit to attending Saturday Mentoring Brunches once a month with their mentee; they also commit to making weekly contact with their mentee either in person, by email or by phone.

We accept applications at the start of each school year. Applications for the 07-08 Mentoring Program are currently closed. Please check back with us in September 2008 to apply for next year. Thank you for your interest!
